Client Focused New Website and the AKT Collective

Client Focused New Website and the AKT Collective

January 23 2021

At AKT Peerless we were presented with many changes over the past year. Those obstacles inspired us to adapt and re-focus our efforts with the goal of providing greater client engagement. This first starts with ensuring we meet and exceed our client’s expectations. The pandemic caused some disruptions, but adhering to our Coronavirus Preparedness and Response Plan, working remotely, and investing in technology quickly resolved many of those issues. Our new year begins with a renewed commitment to meet and exceed our client’s expectations.

To support these efforts, we launched the new AKT Peerless website designed to provide a more engaging platform for our clients. The new website includes a wide variety of new content, market segment pages with dashboard metrics, highlights of the AKT Peerless team in our offices throughout the United States, and an Insights page featuring blogs, news, videos, and photo books.

Our market segment pages include a dashboard of accomplishments over AKT Peerless’ 30+ year history. For example, the Developer and Real Estate Investors and Government and Municipalities market pages illustrate how our economic development team has secured over $1 billion in incentives, assisted in providing $5.5 billion of investment for our communities, secured $100 million in grants and loans, and created over 20,000 jobs.

Our projects page features new case studies highlighting projects completed by our offices in Michigan, Illinois, Georgia, Ohio, California including recent international projects.

We are also excited to announce the release of the AKT Collective. The AKT Collective was created as a platform for our experts to team with other environmental risk leaders in the creation of collaborative, technical content relevant to our industry.

The first issue of the AKT Collective is titled Emerging Contaminants and Phase I ESAs.  It is authored by Timothy J. McGahey, Vice President of Due Diligence Services, and Arthur Siegal, a partner at the law firm of Jaffe, Raitt, Heuer & Weiss. We anticipate completing four AKT Collective pieces per year and welcome the opportunity to work with some of our clients as guest authors on future releases.
