This expansion is strengthened by the addition of Dave Hurley, an experienced professional whose expertise will help us deliver even greater value to our clients.
Dave is an accomplished professional, holding credentials as a Connecticut Licensed Environmental Professional and Licensed Professional Geologist (NY, NH). With over 30 years of experience, Dave has been a trusted provider of environmental services to developers, as well as commercial, industrial, and municipal clients.
Additionally, Dave has played a key role in shaping Connecticut’s environmental landscape as a member of the Connecticut General Assembly’s Brownfield Working Group, which developed the state’s forward-thinking brownfield liability relief and funding programs. He also contributed to the Assembly’s Transfer Act Working Group, helping drive significant reforms.
Dave will lead the expansion of AKT Peerless’ environmental services in Connecticut, including:

- Vapor Intrusion Assessment and Mitigation
- Construction Loan Support Services
- Storage Tank Compliance
