AKT Peerless provides comprehensive Environmental Compliance Audits with an in-depth report of a facility’s environmental compliance status and recommendations to achieve compliance in each regulatory area.  Often this process begins with a compliance review of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act (SARA) Title III, Clean Water Act (CWA), and the Clean Air Act (CAA), to evaluate the facility’s status. Based on the findings of this review a plan is then developed that may include one or more of the following:

• Spill Plans – Create a Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans, Pollution Incident Prevention (PIP) Plans, Storm water Pollution Prevention (SWPP) Plans, and Contingency Plans.
• Environmental Reporting – Prepare submittals to state or federal environmental agencies for reporting requirements, such as, SARA Title III Form R and Tier II Forms, Annual Wastewater Reports, and Hazardous Waste Biennial Reports.
• Worker and Community Right-to-Know – Prepare Worker Right-to-know guidance and contingency planning. Conduct worker OSHA training.
• Waste Management – Coordination of waste characterization, consolidation, and disposal events. ISO 14001 – Provide support for preparation of ISO 14001 planning and corrective actions.
